With skis and beacons, we follow the crew at Wallowa Alpine Huts into the Eagle Cap Wilderness in Eastern Oregon. Camped in a luxury yurt at Norway Base, we start our days learning mountain snow skills and spend the afternoons skiing through the trees and unmarked powder slopes, exploring the serene, jagged cliffs of the Wallowa Mountains.
