An award winning video produced for Portland Parks & Recreation.  In November, 2011, PP&R received the National Gold Medal Award for Excellence in Park and Recreation Management.  This award is the highest honor given by the country's leading public park and recreation organizations.  Portland was one of only four cities its size nationwide to be nominated for this prestigious recognition and they contracted Uncage the Soul Productions to produce this short promo documentary as a significant component of their awards application.
